NOTE REGARDING PRIZE WINNINGS
In the case of any Tournament winnings for extended tournaments (longer than one day in length), checks are issued within thirty (30) days upon completion of the last squad.

The 30 days starts upon the completion of the final squad for affected tournaments. All winners will receive their winnings by US Mail; therefore, it is important that we have your CORRECT ADDRESS on file. Please verify this with the tournament office prior to bowling.
ALL CHECKS issued DO have an expiration date of up to 120 days after the date ON the check, and it is the winner's responsibility to cash/deposit their winnings in a timely matter. We post this information as well on our social media channels.

Checks that are NOT deposited or cashed within the stated time period ON the check(s) shall be considered forfeited and NO NEW CHECK shall be issued.
